Cost: $125.00 per person
Price includes: Range Balls, Green Fees, Cart, goodie bag, lunch, and dinner following the tournament.
To Sign Up: Fill out the attached form to register foursome. Registration requires all four names.
SUPERTICKET: $35.00 includes Two Mulligans, Longest Drive Contest, Closest to the Pin Contest. $10.00 Golfsmith Gift Card. Entry Into: Scratcher Game to win a Vacation & Drawing for $100,000.00 Shoot Out (4 golfers will shoot). Will be available day of Tournament.
Please Note: - FIRST COME... FIRST SERVE...Space is limited.
- PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MULLIGAN AND RAFFLE SECTION ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE. THE SUPERTICKET WILL BE THE ONLY WAY WE WILL ACCEPT MULLIGANS.
RAFFLE TICKETS WILL BE AVAILABLE THE DAY OF THE TOURNAMENT.
- Proper golf attire is required.
- Soft spikes are required. No metal spikes will be allowed on the course.
-- Prizes will be awarded for: First, second, and third place teams, closest to the pin, and longest drive.
- Raffle/Silent Auction - Winners must be present to claim!
