Cost: $140.00 per person. Price includes: Golf, 5.11 gift bag, lunch, drinks on course, range balls, dinner, and raffle ticket. Extra raffle tickets can be purchased at the course.

PAYMENT: Debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express via website. You must pay for your foursome in full within 7 days or the website will automatically drop your name from the list.

- Proper golf attire is required.
- Soft spikes are required. No metal spikes will be allowed on the course.
- Prizes will be awarded for: First, second, and third place teams.
