Imagine having all of your vital medical history stored in one central location. No more trying to remember critical information under stressful conditions. Your LifeLink MD Center™ profile can include any information about recent test results, medications, allergies, even a copy of your most recent EKG. Anything and everything a doctor will need to help you… especially in case of an emergency. Whether you're at home, down the block, or around the world, your medical history will be available in seconds to assist any medical provider or facility with your care.

Go to www.lifelinkmdcenter.com
Once on the site, click on the Drug Enforcement Administration tab at the top. This brings you to your special DEA page. Enter your Access # 1811 and your Email address, then click on Submit. There, you can learn all about LifeLink MD Center™.
At the bottom, you can then click on Sign Up and follow the directions to set up your LifeLink MD Center™ accounts.
